Elder Abuse and the Legal Duty (or not) to Report

The presentation will include a review and explanation of provisions in the Criminal Code, the Long Term Care Homes Act, the Retirement Homes Act, the Substitute Decisions Act, and the Personal Health Information Protection Act.

They have provided three options for participating in this training event:
1) Attend at Sunnybrook McLaughlin Education Centre (Judith Wahl will be presenting from this location)
or
2) Participate via OTN site
or
3) Webcast
There is no charge to participate.

All participants are asked to register with ONPEA prior to the event.
